That is why, at the-internet-club.net we have decided to offer businesses and home users On-site Support Packages so you can limit office and home 'down time'. We offer 3 main packages, Bronze, Silver and Gold
Bronze Package - 37 YTL per month or 370 YTL annually
Bi-annual PC check-ups
4 free call outs per year
Silver Package - 62 YTL monthly or 620 YTL annually
Quarterly PC check-ups
8 free call outs per year
Gold Package - 87 YTL monthly or 870 YTL annually
Monthly PC check ups
12 free call outs per year
All packages will include:-
1/ A dedicated helpline number during office hours to try and fix your problem over the telephone for a quick resolution
2/ On-site PC check-ups by a Microsoft Certified Engineer to ensure system stability of all your PC's, servers and back-up devices, as well as perform software upgrades and anti-virus protection
3/ Call outs responded to within 24 Hours.
Callouts (after the free call outs and non-packages holders)
50 YTL for first half hour then 25 YTL per additional half hour
